Stationen Bed & Breakfast is excellently situated next to the ferry station to Bornholm and the railway station with trains to Malmö and Simrishamn. The modern and clean rooms provide a comfortable atmosphere for work. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of choices to start the day. Also, the historical center of Ystad is conveniently just a 5-minute walk away, enhancing the experience.

Oh man, the breakfast spread was legit! We’re talking fresh pastries, homemade bread, and a chill vibe that’s perfect for starting your day. Plus, the Loft Room was super quirky, with lovely furnishings and a spacious bathroom—seriously, it felt like a cozy home away from home!

Not a huge deal at all, but we think it would be great if they updated their TVs. They only allowed Samsung users to cast. Apple folks like me were left out—again, not a dealbreaker! Who needs TV when you’ve got Ystad waiting for you?

Our experience was marred by cramped quarters, and it felt rather claustrophobic in the twin room. The confusion during the breakfast serving left us waiting far too long for basic items. The lack of scrambled eggs on the menu was disappointing and really threw us off our morning routine.

the supposed ‘cozy’ rooms were only cozy because they were cramped, and a towel bar would have made the bathroom much more functional. also, I mean, I woudl ve been thrilled with a tea kettle in my room, but I guess that’s too much to ask. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

A private toilet in the hallway is less than ideal!!! Cleanliness concerns, especially in shared facilities, need addressing!!! Considering adding shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom is a must!!!

However, the absence of international TV channels in the room was disappointing, and the cramped quarters felt a bit claustrophobic. While the location was fantastic, being right by the train station, the noise from outside could be disruptive at times.

the hotel's super location made it easy to walk to the beautiful kemnerska garden and the abbey in just minutes, allowing me to enjoy the peaceful park views and soak up the local history during my weekend strolls.
